WEBSITE PRIVACY NOTICE
Privacy notice
Public website information · October 2026
1. Public-site design
This website is designed as a public information site. It does not provide a public client portal, payment flow, file-upload system or account-registration system.
2. Information you choose to send
If you contact YieldLock by email, we may receive the information you include in that message, such as your name, business email address, company, role and the content of your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card data or confidential transaction documents through ordinary email unless a secure method has been agreed.
3. Technical data
Our hosting, network and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and requested pages for delivery, abuse prevention, diagnostics and security. YieldLock does not intentionally use the public site to run behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.
4. Cookies and analytics
The initial public website is designed without non-essential analytics or advertising scripts and does not intentionally set non-essential cookies. If we later add analytics, advertising or other technologies that materially change this position, this notice and any required consent mechanism should be updated before deployment.
5. How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether YieldLock may be relevant to a prospective engagement, maintain business records, protect the website and systems, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. Service providers
We may rely on infrastructure, hosting, email, security and professional-service providers that process information on our behalf or as independent service providers. Access should be limited to what is necessary for the relevant service.
7. Retention
Public-site inquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business records, security, dispute prevention or legal requirements. Client engagement retention is addressed separately in the applicable engagement and data-handling process.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided to YieldLock through the public website or email, or to request correction or deletion where applicable and legally appropriate.
9. Contact
Email: contact@yieldlock.co
10. Changes
This notice should be updated when the public website begins collecting new categories of personal information, adopts analytics or advertising technology, adds accounts or forms, or materially changes its data practices.
11. Privacy rights and requests
Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our activities, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or information about how personal data is used. We will review requests against applicable legal requirements and any permitted exceptions. Email contact@yieldlock.co with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify that a request is authorized before acting on it.
12. International processing
Website hosting, email delivery and related operations may involve infrastructure or service providers in more than one country. Applicable safeguards and contractual requirements should be addressed where required by law.
13. Sale or sharing for advertising
The public site as packaged does not include advertising pixels, behavior-based advertising or an intentional sale of personal information. Changes to this configuration may require additional disclosures, controls or rights mechanisms.
